Terms of Service
1. General Provisions
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the relationship between the SkillCrabbed service administration (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) and service users (hereinafter referred to as Users).
By registering on the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Administration grants the User the right to use the service for:
- Purchasing and using digital products
- Obtaining software licenses
- Accessing educational materials and guides
- Participating in the partner program
3. Rights and Obligations
3.1. The User agrees to:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Not share account data with third parties
- Use purchased products for personal use only
- Not violate intellectual property rights
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3.2. The Administration agrees to:
- Ensure service operability
- Provide technical support
- Protect user personal data
- Inform about service changes in a timely manner
4. Payment and Refunds
Payment is made by topping up the internal account balance. Refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been used or downloaded.
5. Liability
The Administration is not liable for:
- User actions that violate agreement terms
- Losses resulting from improper product use
- Temporary service unavailability for technical reasons
6. Privacy
The Administration agrees not to disclose Users' personal data to third parties, except as required by law.
7. Changes to Terms
The Administration reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
8. Final Provisions
This Agreement takes effect from the moment of registration on the service and remains valid throughout the entire period of service use.
